Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow Vulnerability Response capabilities, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams. Configure and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless communication. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and otperson stakeholders to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables. Document project-related configurations, customizations, and integrations, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future reference. Technical experience with ServiceNow CMDB capabilities to drive improvements in matching discovered items from various scanners to configuration items and application services Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow platform experience Experience working in AgileScrum methodologies Basic understanding of risk management is personlpful for understanding how organizations might prioritize certain systems, environments, or assets within VR. Basic understanding of policy and compliance management is personlpful when trying to automate compliance across various sources or standards Python, AngularReact, JavaScript, HTMLCSS, and API development experience is necessary
