Job Description

The Project Engineer - Occupied Healthcare - MD will be:
  • Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinating with hospital staff, subcontractors, and design teams
  • Monitoring progress and quality on-site in occupied healthcare facilities
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and meeting minutes
  • Supporting procurement and logistics to align with phased operations
  • Enforcing safety and infection-control measures throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

The Project Engineer - Occupied Healthcare - MD will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project engineering (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, and change order processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in sensitive, occupied environments with strict safety protocols
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
