What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop high-scale, 24/7 APIs and distributed payment services across multiple cloud providers, ensuring reliability and optimal performance.
• Utilize Java as your primary programming language and leverage Spring Boot to enhance and expand our existing codebase.
• Engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain exceptional coding standards.
• Tackle and resolve complex technical challenges, driving effective solutions and long-term improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends, continuously learning and integrating the latest technology advancements into your work.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact team environment, contributing to innovative payment solutions.

What We Look For In You

• 4+ years of software development experience with a strong track record in building scalable and reliable systems.
• Experience with payment systems, financial integrations, or API development is essential.
• Proficiency in Java; experience with additional programming languages is a plus.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain high-availability, large-scale applications.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Collaborative spirit with a focus on driving cross-team solutions amidst complex dependencies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Java Spring Boot is preferred.
• Experience with payment systems and platforms is highly desirable.
• A strategic, analytical mindset coupled with an execution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with product management processes and tools.

OKX Statement

The salary range for this position is $159,012 to $238,518. The offered salary will depend on various factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, performance bonuses and long-term incentives may be part of the compensation package, along with a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits available for the position.
