Job Description
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Assist in tracking shipments and communicating updates to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team success.
  • Support additional customer service-related tasks as assigned by management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Rep - Chemical Engineering should have:
  • 1-5 years in a customer facing role.
  • Background in Chemical Engineering a HUGE plus.
  • Background in manufacturing also a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-focused mindset with an ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in customer service within the industrial/manufacturing industry is a plus.
What's on Offer
  • Base salary starting at $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
