- Provide medical oversight and leadership to ensure the highest standard of patient care across the practice.
- Serve as the clinical lead for physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff, offering mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
- Develop and implement practice-wide clinical protocols, quality assurance strategies, and patient safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with administrative leadership to establish and achieve strategic goals, including service expansion, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Actively participate in business planning, budgeting, marketing, and growth initiatives as a co-owner of the practice.
