Night MS RN Needed for 13-Week Contract in Kerrville, TX - $55 per Hour

Are you an experienced Medical-Surgical RN looking for a rewarding contract opportunity? We have a 13-week night shift position available in Kerrville, TX, offering $55 per hour for 36 hours a week.

Position: Night MS RN
Location: Kerrville, TX
Pay Rate: $55 per hour
Duration: 13-week contract
Schedule: 36 hours per week, night shifts

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to medical-surgical patients
  • Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols
Requirements:
  • Active TX or Compact Registered Nursing License
  • Active BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Comfortable using Meditech 2.2
  • Must be adaptable to a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
  • 12 hours of orientation on the first day
  • Client may cancel up to 3 times without penalty
