Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven marketing analytics leader to help shape global campaign decisions across paid and organic marketing. This role sits at the intersection of audience intelligence, campaign performance, and cultural insight-partnering closely with marketing and creative teams to turn data into clear, actionable strategy.
- MUST HAVE Entertainment experience
- 3 month contract (leave coverage)
- ONSITE in LA (or NYC)
- Rate Range: $55-65 per hour
- Lead high-impact analytics and insight projects that inform global marketing prioritization, optimization, and performance measurement
- Analyze audience behavior across social, digital, and search platforms to identify trends in consumer engagement, moviegoing behavior, and emerging technologies
- Synthesize campaign performance, audience insights, and market trends into clear recommendations that guide creative, media, and content strategy
- Deliver competitive analysis, industry trend reporting, and ad-hoc insights to support both short-term tactical decisions and long-term planning
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to stakeholders, helping elevate data literacy and drive insight-led decision-making across teams
- 6+ years of experience in a highly analytical, data-driven role (entertainment, media, consumer insights, consulting, finance, or similar), including at least 2 years within media/entertainment or a marketing agency
- Proven ability to lead and execute analytics and insights work across U.S. and global markets
- Strong background in campaign effectiveness, performance optimization, and secondary research (social, search, audience data)
- Hands-on experience with audience intelligence and social listening tools such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, ListenFirst, Affinio/Audiense, or Sprinklr
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of paid and organic media performance across social, streaming, and digital platforms
- Experience in theatrical, streaming, or entertainment marketing
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong project management skills and experience working with vendors or external partners
