Medical Center is seeking a full-time BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join busy, general otolaryngology practice located in North Carolina offering the full range of pediatric and adult surgical and medical ENT care. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established, physician-led private practice with a proven record of success.
- Guaranteed salary up to $365,000 (first year)
- $35,000 signing bonus
- $10,000 moving stipend
- Competitive compensation structure with bonuses
- Partnership in 1 year with earnings that can exceed the 90th percentile
- Low-volume call: 1:9, no trauma
- Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) ownership option
- Busy practice from day one with robust patient volume

- Physician co-led administration, ensuring providers can focus on patient care while having a voice in decision-making and strategy
- Strong academic ties with leading university Otolaryngology departments across the state

- Audiology team of five doctors of audiology.
