R&D Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various departments to bring new product ideas to life and improve existing products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and be adaptable to change.

- Champion Productivity: Analyze data for reporting, gap analysis, and work process improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to take direction and determine appropriate testing for projects.
- Experience interfacing with various functions, suppliers, or testing labs.
- Knowledge in key manufacturing processes such as blow-molding and injection molding.
- Meet with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas.
- Conduct market research and evaluate similar products and their functions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and marketing department on product feasibility.
- Redesign existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.
- Create design projects and specification sheets.
- Present product designs to management and stakeholders.
- Oversee the engineering of product prototypes.
- Test prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.
- Resolve product issues and oversee the production process.
- Level 1: 0-2 years experience
- Level 2: 3-5 years experience
- Level 3: 5-10 years experience
- Level 4: 10 years experience
- Level 5: 20 years experience
