- Conduct screenings and standardized evaluations to determine therapy needs
- Provide individualized occupational therapy services targeting fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, and related areas
- Develop and implement treatment plans, IEPs, and 504 goals in collaboration with educators and service providers
- Monitor progress, document services, and ensure compliance with timelines and standards
- Manage caseload effectively to balance productivity with quality care
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic, student-centered support
- Discharge individuals when goals and outcomes are achieved
- Education: Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Licensure: Current State Board of Occupational Therapy License
- Experience: Prior work with developmental delays, autism, or in a school/clinic setting preferred
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance
- Act 34 State Criminal History Clearance
- Act 114 FBI Clearance (DOE)
- Act 168 Clearance
- Mandated Reporter Training
- CPR/First Aid Certification
