Bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse

Are you a bilingual LPN passionate about making a difference in seniors' lives? Join our upcoming Adult Day Health Center, a culturally centered, community-focused program rooted in Latin values and traditions where your skills will directly enhance participant care and family communication.
Pay range for this role is $40-$43/hr, plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily nursing care, health checks, and monitor participant well-being
- Communicate fluently in Spanish and English with participants, families, and staff
- Collaborate with the care team to maintain a positive, compliant, and culturally meaningful environment
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
- Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience with seniors (adult day health, assisted living, nursing home, or home care)
- Compassion, patience, and dedication to senior care
- Basic computer and EMR skills (e.g., Home Care GPS)
