The Staffing Consultant functions in a critical and dynamic role focused on sales, recruitment, account management, customer service, and operations. Staffing Consultants work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment committed to serving the most vulnerable populations in our communities while pursuing personal and professional development. Position Details

Location: Hayward, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Source and Recruit High-Quality Candidates to Meet our Clients' Needs
  • Screen and Interview Qualified Candidates
  • Create strong relationships with Healthcare Providers, Serving as their Primary Point of Contact
  • Oversee Healthcare Providers
  • Negotiate Wages with Candidates
  • Staff and Schedule Healthcare Providers
  • Manage Relationships with Ro Health Clients
  • Develop Skills Needed in a Management Role
  • Handle Additional Operations including Payroll and Marketing
  • Operate at All Times with a High Level of Honesty and Integrity
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Compensation
  • Pay: Salary + Commission ($62k annual compensation guarantee)
  • Quarterly Bonuses
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
  • PTO: 15 Days PTO + 2 Floating Holidays + 7 Paid Holidays (24 Paid Days Off)
