We are a state-of-the-art private dental practice seeking a passionate General Dentist to join our expanding team Located in the vibrant heart of Baytown, TX, our practice is committed to providing exceptional dental care for patients of all ages, with a focus on their long-term health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a comprehensive range of procedures, including general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.
- Engage with patients of all ages, demonstrating comfort and expertise in pediatric dentistry.
- Contribute to the ongoing professional growth of the practice.
- Competitive compensation structure: 31% of production with a daily rate guarantee for the first three months.
- Work-life balance: Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with half-day Fridays.
- Opportunity for partnership or buy-out for the right candidate.
- Supportive team environment with trained hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
- An established practice with a strong patient base, focusing on Fee-for-Service (FFS) and PPO plans.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Valid Texas dental license.
