ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed, as necessary.)
• Looking for BA with waterfall experience and specifically for an HR project.
• Perhaps look for profiles with actual experience in HR projects
Required :
• 8+ years' experience in business analysis discipline
• Proven experienced in requirements elicitation for a variety of projects and from various levels and business functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced in creating business and functional requirements.
• Experienced in writing user stories.
• Experience with waterfall, hybrid, and agile solution development methodologies
• bility to articulate tech jargon and translate tech concepts to business sponsors.
Needed
• Microsoft Project
• Proficiency with Visio diagrams and decision trees
• Experience with SQL
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Outlook
• Waterfall
• Microsoft Azure DevOps/VSTS/TFS
• JIRA
• Document Management System (DMS)
