The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.

Warehouse Technician -

An average day:
In addition to general tech I duties in Austin, with elevated administrative rights, the Contractor will:

  • Prepare, image (install the operating system software), and configure all above-baseline software requested in build requests. This includes both manual installations and automated methods (Altiris or equivalent).
  • Perform quality checks on all computers before shipping.
  • Update all database records, including KISAM Service Manager requests and Asset Manager.
  • Triage, maintain, repair, or replace parts for computers as needed, especially for equipment not covered by manufacturer warranty.

Basic Qualifications:
  • This program requires US Citizenship or Green Card (Lawful Permanent Residents).
  • Excellent customer service skills

Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass federal background investigation and obtain a Public Trust
  • Local travel may be required.
