What We Offer Experienced CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers:

  • Annual Earnings: $75,000 - $110,000, with an average of $90,000/year, placing us in the top quartile for company driver pay.
  • Route: Drive throughout the Midwest & Southeast—no Northeast runs
  • Opportunity to be home for guaranteed 7 days each month.
  • $2,500 Retention Bonus.
  • Paid Practical Miles: Average 2,400/week.
  • Modern Fleet: Drive 2022 or newer equipped tractors with APU, inverter, fridge & microwave. We added 100 new tractors and 150 new trailers in 2025
  • Safety & Technology: All trucks come equipped with carrier inverters & APUs.
  • Supportive Workplace: 24/7 access to office staff, monthly driver luncheons, and optional discussions with the President & CEO.

CDL-A OTR Driver Qualifications:

  • Must be 21+ years old and possess a valid Class A CDL.
  • A minimum of one year of OTR truck driving experience (or 6 months in the last year) OR 9 months from a certified truck driving school.
  • Limit to no more than 3 jobs in the past year and 7 jobs in the past 3 years.
