Top Pick Global, Inc./Kelsi DAgger Brooklyn, an innovative and stylish footwear brand, seeks a highly motivated and creative Associate Footwear Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Kelsi Dagger Brooklyn Brand by bringing fresh ideas and creative energy to our design process while growing your skills within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Support: Assist in the development of footwear collections, ensuring alignment with the brand's DNA and current market trends.
• Trend Research: Collaborate in researching global fashion, materials, and competitor trends to inspire innovative designs.
• Sketching and Concepts: Create detailed sketches and assist in the preparation of technical packs and prototypes under the guidance of senior designers.
• Material Coordination: Support the curation of seasonal fabric, color palettes, and materials that enhance the brand's aesthetic.
• Product Refinement: Participate in fittings and incorporate feedback to refine designs, ensuring excellent fit and quality.
• Vendor Communication: Assist in communicating with vendors and factories to oversee sample corrections and production needs.
• Seasonal Preparations: Help organize and maintain seasonal materials, color standards, and presentation boards.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed of competitors' products and emerging trends to contribute fresh perspectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, the product development team, and cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in footwear design or relevant internships.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in design, fashion, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Applications; familiarity with MAC OS is a plus.
• Design Skills: Basic understanding of technical footwear drawings, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Creative Vision: Passion for design, with the ability to interpret trends and contribute innovative ideas.
• Communication: Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills for collaborating with team members.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
