Medical Laboratory Technician - Core Lab and Blood Bank
Location: Trenton, NJ 08638
Schedule: 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Travel Pay: $2,768.00
Local Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Overview:
A skilled Medical Laboratory Technician is needed for the Core Lab with required Blood Bank experience. This role supports essential overnight operations and requires a dependable technician with strong technical ability and demonstrated clinical competency.

Requirements:

  • ASCP or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of recent MLT experience
  • Must have Blood Bank experience
  • Every other weekend required
  • Occasional holiday coverage required

Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing within the Core Lab and Blood Bank
  • Follow established laboratory protocols and quality processes
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting of results
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth overnight workflow
