Job Responsibilities- Provide outstanding nursing care to post-acute residents in surrounding areas
- Assist residents with daily activities such as eating, hygiene, and grooming
- Ensure health and safety by maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment
- Help transport residents within the facility as necessary
- Document and communicate residents' vital signs and overall health status to the nursing team
- Adhere to care plans and all relevant policies and regulations
- Build trusted relationships with residents through engaging communication
- Facilitate effective communication between staff, residents, and their families
- Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Knowledge of nursing care procedures and terminology
- Attention to detail with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
