Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced engineers who are passionate problem solvers with a strong background in software engineering methodologies. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll take on a technical leadership role, shaping healthcare data ecosystems for our clients. You will work on architecture, design, and implementation of our products while mentoring fellow team members. Key Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on producing production-ready code and full stack application design.

  • Strong skills in building scalable data flows and writing effective code.

  • Proven track record of leading projects, driving migrations, and guiding teams.

  • A genuine passion for connecting health data and enhancing patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative products.

  • Mentor and support other engineers while crafting cutting-edge solutions in our health data ecosystem.

  • Manage multiple projects, effectively translating product requirements to your team.

  • Drive innovation and deliver valuable data solutions to our clients.

  • Work with modern technologies including Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Spark, AWS, Azure, and more.

  • Bonus expertise in Scala and Elasticsearch is a plus.

  • Contribute to our tech blog and share your insights and experiences.

The estimated total cash compensation for this role is between $180,000 and $220,000 USD.
