Position: Team Leader

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Schedule: 2nd or 3rd shift with weekends as needed
Location: Various manufacturing and warehouse sites

Are you a natural leader who enjoys solving problems, motivating others, and making a difference every day? As a Team Leader, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring top-quality results for our customers while leading a team of quality inspectors at manufacturing and warehouse locations.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily project operations and ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Train, coach, and support your team to deliver consistent, high-quality results
  • Build strong relationships with customers and communicate job requirements clearly
  • Inspect parts and ensure all tools, gauges, and equipment are used correctly
  • Handle project paperwork and documentation
  • Step up as acting supervisor when needed
What We're Looking For
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • 2 years of leadership experience
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous team or manufacturing experience is a plus
