Baton Rouge area medical center seeks a full-time Gastroenterologist to join a thriving outpatient practice of two physicians and one Nurse Practitioner, with its most important focus on patient satisfaction. Practice details include:
- Guaranteed base salary, plus annual RVU-based productivity incentives, quarterly quality incentives, commitment incentive, student loan reimbursement, and relocation reimbursement.
- Paid malpractice with tail coverage and professional expenses reimbursement.
- Total compensation is competitive and within the parameters of MGMA industry standards.
- 32 days of paid time off annually and 5 CME days.
- Includes comprehensive benefit package with medical, dental, retirement, flexible spending and long-term disability.
- Commitment incentive, student loan forgiveness and relocation expense reimbursement compensations available.
