Leverage SaaS product offerings to conduct feasibility analyses, perform ROI calculations, and recommend software for cloud migration from existing on-premises infrastructure.
Conduct assessments and develop configuration baselines for SaaS systems based on industry best practices and cybersecurity recommendations, considering the shared nature and public-facing management interfaces of SaaS.
Deploy SaaS solutions, including instantiation, initial configuration, connectivity, testing, commissioning, and production cutover.
Design, engineer, and implement cloud-based unified communication and collaboration solutions.
Develop provisioning guidelines, pre-deployment checklists, tailored procedure documents, system design documentation, and other lifecycle documentation for cloud computing systems.
Technical Management Duties:

Perform administrative tasks for the existing Office 365 suite, including Exchange Online Support Services in hybrid configuration, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office 365 authentication, authorization, and accounting services, Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection, and other Office 365 features and services.
Collaborate with cloud solution providers to perform troubleshooting and deliver Root Cause Analysis reports for SLA-impacting events such as outages and service degradations.
Maintain and update documentation for cloud computing procedures and policies.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity practices and data protection measures.
Collect detailed information about deployed cloud solutions; collect utilization and performance metrics whenever possible; design and implement in-depth analysis reports based on the collected information. Skill set info Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a cloud computing or related engineering role.
Extensive experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms.
Strong background in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise cloud management.
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex cloud computing solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. Education ssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Certifications (if required) Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Documentation Required for submission Work Hours Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST except Federal
