Manufacturing Fleet Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Fleet Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance, maintenance, and efficiency of manufacturing fleet operations. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the manufacturing fleet to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for fleet equipment.
- Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fleet operations align with manufacturing goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for all fleet operations.
- Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
- Monitor and manage fleet-related budgets and expenses.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance practices and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for fleet management and data analysis.

Pay Range: $45 - $50
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
