Lead with Empathy in Complex Claims
This is a critical, high-impact contract role that may transition to a permanent position based on your performance. You will be instrumental in a supportive, growth-focused environment, taking full ownership of a claims desk that handles sensitive issues, ranging from small injuries to catastrophic cases. We are looking for a compassionate leader who operates with high autonomy and is dedicated to delivering effective, complaint resolution in the Southern region.

Key Responsibilities: As a SR. Workers Compensation Adjuster, you will swiftly take ownership of complex claims, translating administrative duties into genuine client advocacy and resolution.
- Lead a complex claims desk, managing a diverse portfolio of cases from minor to catastrophic, demonstrating deep empathy and personal connection with every individual.
- Drive end-to-end claims resolution, proactively managing processes, resolving disputes, and ensuring unwavering compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, providers, and team members, leveraging exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to deliver effective and timely solutions.
- Operate independently with a high degree of latitude, demonstrating intelligence and a willingness to listen and learn while taking full responsibility for desk operations.
- Ensure continuous data accuracy and meticulous record-keeping across all managed cases.
- Experience: 4+ years of specialized experience in claims resolution and management, with a proven track record of success at a senior level.
- Licensure: Active and current licensure required to operate in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
- Core Competencies: Demonstrated capacity for empathy and advanced soft skills, coupled with the ability to handle complex claims and disputes.
- Work Ethic: Proven track record of reliability
