Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Nashville, TN
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and qualifications)
Position Overview

LHH Recruitment is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's team in the Greater Nashville area. This role will deliver strategic insights through financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with leadership to support decision-making, drive business performance, and improve financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards.
  • Analyze financial results and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
