Microsoft Power BI: 7+ years

Microsoft Power Platform: 7+ years

Exchange Server Management (IT IS): 7+ years

Office 365 Administration: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement Microsoft 365 strategy, governance policies, and best practices across collaboration tools.
• Design and optimize solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Outlook, OneDrive, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Lead adoption and integration of Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder to enhance productivity and automate workflows.
• Implement and manage Microsoft 365 security features including DLP, Conditional Access, Defender for Office 365, and Compliance Manager.
• Lead migration projects from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 cloud services, ensuring minimal disruption and high user adoption.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and OEMs to align Microsoft productivity solutions with organizational goals.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve user adoption and productivity across departments.

Technical Skills & Expertise

Must-Have
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 suite: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
• Experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder.
• Strong command of Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools.

Good-to-Have
• Familiarity with Microsoft O365 administration, Fabric, Azure AD, Intune, Endpoint Manager.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government).
• Microsoft certifications: M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security Administrator Associate.
