  • Model and enforce high operational and quality standards for Team Members.
  • Recognize and address issues while maintaining accountability and transparency.
  • Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management.
  • Drive Team Member engagement and embrace change within the restaurant.
  • Lead with both empathy and strategic thinking.
  • Maximize business performance by managing costs effectively.
  • Implement operational systems like Manager Timelines and quality Line Checks.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Team Members for career growth.
  • Enhance Guest engagement within the restaurant and nurture community relationships.
  • Adhere to safe food handling procedures.
  • Champion and embody Chili's Culture: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.
