Rollenbeschreibung:
Als Talent Acquisition Specialist sind Sie maßgeblich dafür verantwortlich, qualifizierte Talente für unsere deutschen Standorte zu identifizieren, zu gewinnen und einzustellen - insbesondere für Positionen im Bereich TAVI-Technologie. Sie arbeiten eng mit Hiring Managern, HR und Führungskräften zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Rekrutierungsprozess und eine starke Arbeitgebermarke in der Medizintechnikbranche sicherzustellen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses für Positionen in F&E, klinische Studien, Vertrieb und Marketing - mit Fokus auf TAVI.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern zur Definition von Stellenanforderungen und Entwicklung von Suchstrategien.
- Nutzung verschiedener Recruiting-Kanäle wie LinkedIn, Jobbörsen, Branchenevents und Netzwerke.
- Screening, Interviews und Bewertung von Kandidat:innen hinsichtlich fachlicher Qualifikation und kultureller Passung.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung deutscher Arbeitsgesetze und interner Richtlinien.
- Pflege und Optimierung des Bewerbermanagementsystems (ATS) sowie Reporting.
- Unterstützung bei Employer Branding und Talent-Pipeline-Initiativen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit globalen TA-Teams zur Abstimmung von Best Practices und strategischen Zielen.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Recruiting innerhalb der Medizintechnik- oder Gesundheitsbranche.
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich kardiovaskulärer Technologien, idealerweise mit TAVI-Erfahrung.
- Vertrautheit mit deutschen Arbeitsgesetzen und Rekrutierungspraktiken.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Vakanzen und Stakeholder gleichzeitig zu betreuen.
- Erfahrung mit ATS-Systemen und Sourcing-Tools (z.?B. LinkedIn Recruiter, XING).
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich (von Vorteil).
