Key Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their project goals, design preferences, and budgets
• Prepare and deliver professional, accurate, and timely estimates and proposals
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and project team to ensure seamless client handoffs
• Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and secure new business
• Maintain active records of leads, pipeline activity, and estimates using CRM/project tools
• Represent Honor Contracting with professionalism, integrity, and clear communication
• Attend company meetings and contribute to ongoing sales strategy development
• Identify new opportunities through referrals, networking, and community outreach

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction sales, estimating, or project consulting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of remodeling/construction processes and cost estimating
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple prospects and estimates simultaneously
• Proficiency in estimating software, CRM systems, Apple iOS systems
• Motivated, self-disciplined, and results-focused

Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
• 2-3 Saturdays per month (additional day off if Saturday is worked)
• Overtime may be required based on client meetings and project needs

Location

• Onsite role based in Peoria, AZ, with travel throughout surrounding areas for client meetings
