Pay: Drivers earn an average of $105,000 per year.

Our competitive pay structure is based on mileage, stops, volume, and overnight stays:

  • $0.54 CPM | Average 1,900 miles per week.
  • $0.14 CPM cube pay | Average 3,000 cubes per week.
  • $40 per stop | Average 10-11 stops each week.
  • $50 overnight | Average 2-3 overnight stays weekly.

Your Role:

  • Transport products across the U.S. with excellent customer service, providing answers to product inquiries and delivery estimates.
  • Verify truck loads against shipping documents to ensure compliance.
  • Check equipment and supplies for road safety.
  • Communicate with supervisors for detailed delivery instructions.
  • Unload products while adhering to delivery schedules.
  • Use delivery verification scanners to record receipts and signatures.
  • Maintain DOT and Marvin documentation requirements.
  • Participate in our Million Safe Mile Club.

You’re a Great Fit if You:

  • Can work independently with little supervision.
  • Have strong oral communication skills.
  • Are a safe and courteous driver, proudly representing Marvin.
  • Have preferred over-the-road driving experience.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A driver's license (CDL).
  • At least 1 year of Class A CDL driving experience.
  • Physically able to load/unload trailers and pass a physical assessment.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Comply with all DOT regulations.
