. Job Description

As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling fiber cables by measuring, cutting, and placing them into clips.

You will follow blueprints or work instructions to accurately feed colored wires through connectors, ensuring perfect order and precision.

After feeding the wires, you will apply epoxy and complete a coating process.

The assembly will then becured, polished, and tested for proper connection functionality.

This role involves the use of small hand tools, microscopes, or projection scopes as necessary.
1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM M-Th
2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 1:15 AM M-Th
Pay: $20 - 25/hour
Responsibilities

Feed each colored wire through connectors with precision.

Apply epoxy and complete the coating process on assemblies.

Cure, polish, and test assemblies for proper functionality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Richmond, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
