Join our team as a Lead Resident Services Coordinator, working 24 hours a week to support our Assisted Living facility. In this vital role, you will lead a team of Personal Care Aides, ensuring quality care for our residents and overseeing the completion of all required documentation. You will assist in administering care and medications correctly, resolve any issues, and facilitate smooth communication between shifts. Your work directly supports the quality of life for our residents as they engage in daily activities and personal care tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of an approved medication administration training program.
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.85 per hour. Additional compensation may be available based on shift differentials, overtime, and other incentives.
