Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the ICU/PCU unit. The ideal candidate will have a background in both ICU and Med/Surg nursing, ensuring they are versatile and capable of managing diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU and PCU settings.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing appropriate interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families regarding health management and care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with policy.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in ICU and Med/Surg settings.
  • Current nursing license valid in multiple states.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
