Summary:
  • Our cleint needs Billing Administrator for Mexico Operations.
  • The candidate will report to the Supervisor of Mexico Operations.
  • This is a hybrid role and the candidate will work two days from the office (Tuesday and Thursday)
  • Candidate MUST be bi-lingual in Spanish.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Process all License and Title payment transactions.
  • Responsible for processing of sales in used vehicle system.
  • Process insurance payments.
  • Understanding of ARI and ARIZA's processes and requirements, and Mexico's fiscal requirements.
  • Monitors workflow and acts as a short term back up to administrators or fellow support coordinators duties.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines.

  • Research and problem solving skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
