We are looking for a dedicated Full-time provider (40 hours per week) for our Allure of Sterling Center located in Sterling, IL. This position can be filled by either a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant. Salary range: $115,000 - $125,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- The Advanced Practice Provider reports to the Director of Clinical Practice or Area Clinical Practice Manager.
- Collaborate on-site with the Center Leadership Team to address specific center goals and priorities.
- Work alongside the Medical Director or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care.
- Provide primary and urgent care services to residents in collaboration with other medical providers.
- Help achieve AlignMed Partners' mission of improving lives through compassionate and high-quality healthcare delivery.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing focused on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP); other concentrations may be considered based on experience.
- Physician Assistants must be graduates of an ARC-PA accredited program, hold PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) certification, and have state licensure.
- A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
- Free from practice restrictions; APRNs and PAs must have unrestricted professional licenses and DEA certification in their practicing states.
