We are looking for a dedicated Full-time provider (40 hours per week) for our Allure of Sterling Center located in Sterling, IL. This position can be filled by either a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant. Salary range: $115,000 - $125,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  1. The Advanced Practice Provider reports to the Director of Clinical Practice or Area Clinical Practice Manager.
  2. Collaborate on-site with the Center Leadership Team to address specific center goals and priorities.
  3. Work alongside the Medical Director or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care.
  4. Provide primary and urgent care services to residents in collaboration with other medical providers.
  5. Help achieve AlignMed Partners' mission of improving lives through compassionate and high-quality healthcare delivery.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing focused on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP); other concentrations may be considered based on experience.
  2. Physician Assistants must be graduates of an ARC-PA accredited program, hold PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) certification, and have state licensure.
  3. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  4. Free from practice restrictions; APRNs and PAs must have unrestricted professional licenses and DEA certification in their practicing states.
