Job Description:
We are looking for a mid-level DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Azure and working knowledge of AWS. The engineer will be responsible for building CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud deployments, and supporting infrastructure automation. The role is onsite in California for Walmart.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (primary) and AWS tools (secondary).
  • Support infrastructure automation using Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
  • Manage deployments of applications on Azure services (VMs, App Services, AKS) and AWS EC2/EKS.
  • Work with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized applications.
  • Monitor systems with Azure Monitor, App Insights and AWS CloudWatch.
  • Troubleshoot build, release, and cloud environment issues.
  • Collaborate with developers and operations teams for smooth releases.
Required Skills:
  • 3-6 years of DevOps experience.
  • Strong in Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts).
  • Hands-on with Azure cloud services (AKS, App Services, Functions, Networking).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, EKS, Lambda).
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM/CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
  • Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Nice to Have:
  • Retail/e-commerce project experience.
  • Exposure to Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of cost optimization in Azure/AWS.
