Job Description:

Pay Range: $77.25hr - $81.25hr
  • We are seeking an experienced IBM Curam Developer to join our client's team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, documenting, and developing software components and APIs in alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • This role includes system analysis, technical documentation, software development, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely project deliverables.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Science, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience with IBM Curam framework.
  • Experience in Curam HCR and CGIS.
  • Curam Certification.
  • Experience with Curam OOTB modules: Workflow, Tasks, CER rules, Evidence framework (static and dynamic), IEG, Web services.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL statements.
  • Experience with Python OR NodeJS, ReactJS/Angular, and JSON.
  • Experience working on AWS.
  • Experience profiling and troubleshooting IBM Curam OOTB and custom code.
  • Familiarity with waterfall, scrum, agile, and other delivery methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • bility to understand, document, and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a professional team setting.
Experience:
  • Technical experience with IBM Curam framework and related modules.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Curam solutions.
  • Experience in analyzing technical issues and performing gap analysis.
  • Working knowledge of AWS cloud services.
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks and tools such as Django or similar is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and document detailed technical designs based on business and functional requirements.
  • Develop software components and APIs following project coding standards.
  • Conduct data mapping and gap analysis to ensure software meets business needs.
  • ssist technical leads and architects in analyzing and implementing solutions.
  • Develop proof of concepts and perform SQL-based data analysis.
  • Utilize Curam framework for new functionality development and defect resolution.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
  • Recommend approaches and solutions for business requirements using Curam.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, design, and integration.
  • Ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Report on project status and communicate risks or issues.
  • Translate and communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Should Have:
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance principles and processes.
  • Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).
  • Experience with Django or similar Python web frameworks.
Skills:
  • IBM Curam framework.
  • SQL.
  • Python / NodeJS / ReactJS / Angular / JSON.
  • WS.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving.
  • gile and waterfall methodologies.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
