Role Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive and continuous care for a diverse patient demographic, spanning from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Manage chronic conditions, provide preventive care, address acute illnesses, and tackle mental health challenges with a patient-centered approach.
- Complete physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and devise tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with care coordinators, mental health professionals, and specialists to ensure holistic treatment.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives designed to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain precise and up-to-date patient documentation.
- Provide care in both face-to-face and virtual settings to cater to individual patient needs and preferences.
- MD or DO from a recognized medical university.
- Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Eligibility for (or active possession of) a medical license in Missouri.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
- Proficient diagnostic and clinical abilities with a strong focus on preventive care.
- Familiarity with value-based care frameworks and a dedication to ongoing improvement.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Technologically adept, comfortable using EMRs and telehealth platforms.
