Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated individuals for our Mailroom Clerk/Donation Processor role on 2nd shift If you thrive in a dynamic environment and prefer a job that keeps you engaged without requiring you to be on your feet, this opportunity is for you You will play a crucial role in supporting non-profit organizations right from our Milford, NH office.

Available Hours: Full-time 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and scan incoming mail from our non-profit partners.
  • Learn to operate a Mail Opening Machine – on-the-job training provided
  • Report any mail or equipment issues to your supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate piece counts and provide daily reports to your supervisor.
  • Meet production goals to ensure timely delivery for clients while maintaining high quality standards.
