Maintenance Technician I

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community

You have experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance

You're a team player

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call as required

High school diploma or equivalent
