About Our General Managers:

Our training program equips General Managers with comprehensive knowledge of all restaurant positions. Initially, every managerial hire starts as a Management Trainee, allowing them to learn at a comfortable pace. As you advance, Certification Bonuses are awarded for reaching key milestones, such as Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager certifications. Training timelines vary according to individual progress and business impact.

Competitive Compensation:

• Base Pay: Certified Managers start between $46K and $56K annually.
• Monthly Bonus: Earn up to $500 monthly by meeting regular performance metrics.
• Additional Bonus: Consistently achieving our top four metrics can earn an extra $100 weekly.
• Year-End Bonuses: Top performers can receive over $10K at the end of the fiscal year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing safety and food safety standards.
• Maintain brand consistency in service and product execution.
• Create a guest-focused culture within the restaurant.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development of restaurant team members.
• Coach team members to enhance sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze guest feedback and implement strategies for improvement.
• Facilitate new product rollouts, including training and marketing.
