Employees in this job function plan and oversees the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.). They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise 2. Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc. 3. Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers 4. Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements 5. Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources 6. Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews 7. Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs 8. Manage technology product goals and forecasts. Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap 9. Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile, waterfall etc.

Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) with a strong background in cloud technologies, integration platforms, and agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 15+ engineers, manage end-to-end product development lifecycles, define and prioritize user stories, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Own the product roadmap and manage cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, and business teams. • Lead and mentor a team of 15+ engineers across multiple projects. • Create, refine, and assign user stories and epics in Jira; ensure proper backlog prioritization. • Work closely with engineering teams using MuleSoft and Cloud Run for API management and cloud deployment. • Ensure project delivery timelines are met through agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups). • Manage release cycles, integration testing, and post-release feedback collection. • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in product development processes. • Promote technical excellence, innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5-8 years of experience in product management or technical program management. • Strong technical background in MuleSoft, GCP, and Cloud Run. • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira. • Strong understanding of cloud-native application architecture, APIs, and microservices design. • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and deliver projects on time. Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in MuleSoft, Google Cloud, or Agile Project Management (CSM/PSPO). • Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or enterprise product environments. • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
