Join a global healthcare leader as a Senior Director overseeing training and development for Patient Support Services (PSS). This role leads strategy and execution of comprehensive training programs, spanning onboarding, skill-building, virtual and live training, for teams supporting patients across multiple therapeutic areas.
Highlights of the Role
- Drive training strategy for field-based and internal PSS professionals, supporting specialty pharmaceuticals and biologics
- Lead development of training programs including eLearning, virtual, live sessions, gamified learning, and on-demand modules
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and internal stakeholders to integrate training into business operations
- Manage training budgets, schedules, agency relationships, and ensure consistency across therapeutic areas
- Support training alignment under the "One PSS" framework to enhance coordination and scalability

Job Requirements
** Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree required (in life sciences, business, or a related field); MBA is a plus
- A minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical or biotech sectors-preferably within specialty pharma or patient support
- Demonstrated experience in training design, strategic planning, and execution across multiple formats and audiences
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Understanding of specialty pharmacy/HUB services and PSS operations
- Experience with organizational training programs, including launching onboarding or field training initiatives
- Global or matrixed organizational experience is advantageous
