This entry-level skilled trade position earns a competitive wage of $21 per hour (probationary period is paid at $17 until the employee is fully trained). A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETAIL HVAC INSTALLER - HELPER
In this entry-level skilled trade position, you are excited to develop your skills in a stable, lucrative industry Eager to learn, you work in the field alongside our experienced HVAC installers, assisting them as they remove existing air conditioning systems and install brand-new heating and cooling equipment. Always attentive to detail, you assist as they complete each job, asking questions and closely following their instructions.
Helpful and friendly, you also educate our customers on how to properly operate their new air conditioning systems. You're a quick learner and love becoming a competent member of the team You enjoy learning from the best in the business and furthering your skills in this essential trade
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RETAIL HVAC INSTALLER - HELPER
- Valid Florida driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
HVAC experience is a plus, but not required. Are you a team player? Do you give every day your best effort? Are you upbeat and positive? Can you manage your time effectively? Are you an excellent problem solver? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level skilled trade position
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A RETAIL HVAC INSTALLER - HELPER
This heating and cooling position works Monday - Friday, 40 hours plus overtime.
