As a Volunteer Receptionist, you will be the smiling face that greets patients, ensures their smooth check-in process, and provides them with a sense of comfort during their visit. Your excellent communication skills and empathetic nature will create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the clinic's programs and services.
- Utilize the electronic healthcare records program to ensure patients are checked-in, demographic information has been verified, and required paperwork has been printed and completed.
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary.
- Check for messages on the voicemail system periodically throughout the shift and respond as needed.
Qualifications
- Friendly and compassionate disposition.
- Appropriate telephone etiquette.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needs.
- Basic computer proficiency with a willingness to learn LVIM's electronic health records computer program.
