Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with client executives and technical teams to design robust, scalable solutions that meet organizational needs.

- Produce high-quality client documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.
- Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and deployment of cloud-based solutions, overcoming complex technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, data protection, and regulatory standards.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize clients' return on investment.
- Share best practices and innovative solutions within the cloud architect community.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging emerging technologies for efficient solutions.
- Facilitate the sales process by leading technical discussions, scoping projects, and presenting to C-Level executives.
- Review and ensure the technical accuracy of documentation and sales materials.
- Identify new engagement offerings and enhance existing client deliverables.
- Recognize future engagement needs during current projects and communicate them effectively with account executives.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to understand client needs and deliver clear technical guidance.
- Lead implementation and migration projects to keep them on schedule and within scope.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and opportunities for productivity improvements.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with client technical teams.
- Apply creative and analytical problem-solving skills in various scenarios.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience in architecting and delivering Microsoft 365 identity and security solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Identity tools, including Microsoft Identity Manager, Microsoft Entra, MFA, and SSO.
- Expertise in Defender Suite and Microsoft Purview products.
- Experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud solutions, management, and administration.
- Advanced automation skills, particularly in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Preferred Certifications:
- Azure Administrator Associate
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Security Operations Analyst
- Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert
