In the radiology department, the Cardiac Sonographer-Echocardiography will collaborate within a hospital recognized as a designated Stroke Center and Cardiac Center with a strong orthopedics program, leveraging integrated imaging resources and streamlined workflows. The Cardiac Sonographer-Echocardiography will benefit from cohesive coordination with vascular, neuro, and musculoskeletal imaging, ensuring comprehensive diagnostic pathways for complex cases.
Reporting to an Imaging Services leadership team, the Cardiac Sonographer-Echocardiography will be supported by friendly nurses, expert cardiologists, and a diverse healthcare professional team committed to respectful collaboration and continuous learning. The Cardiac Sonographer-Echocardiography will perform adult transthoracic studies, stress echo, TEE support, and structured quality assurance, utilizing an advanced PACS and cardiology information system to deliver accurate, timely cardiac ultrasound interpretations in a high-acuity environment.
