Description

The Fairfield Y is hiring a Wellness Center Attendant to help foster a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for all members. In this role, you'll connect with members, support their wellness goals, and provide information about Y programs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and organized wellness space.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic knowledge of fitness and strength training
  • Experience with strength training equipment
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work inclusively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong observational skills and ability to react calmly in emergencies
