Job Description:

Dedicated Truck Operator

Average Pay: $1,060-$1,300 weekly

Home Time: Daily

Experience: All CDL holders welcome

Overview:

  • Transport building materials using dry van trailers.
  • 100% no-touch freight and up to 100% drop-and-hook loads.
  • Complete 5-15 loads each week.
  • Drive primarily within Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

  • Receive both hourly and per-load pay.
  • Weekly performance bonuses available.
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, distributed over 12 months in your first year.
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, distributed over 12 months in your first year.
  • Paid orientation provided.
  • Accrue paid time off after 6 months, along with 6 days of holiday pay each year.
  • Annual bonus opportunity: Earn up to 2% of your yearly gross pay.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire.
  • Applicants must reside within 45 miles of Westfield, MA.
